Drunk Beggar is a
NPC in
Sword Coast Legends. He can be found near the easternmost world travel gate in Luskan.
However, the button is completely useless.
In Act III, during the quest " The Blind Beggar", you will need to interrogate the Beggar for the whereabouts of Drawde. (the Blind Beggar).

Drunk Beggar Information
You can speak to the Drunk Beggar, and purchase a Brass Button from him for 100 gold. He claims it was a gift from Drizzt Do'Urden.However, the button is completely useless.
