Two-Weapon Fighting Abilities in
Sword Coast Legends is an
Ability tree. Two-Weapon Fighting, or dual wielding, employs the use of a weapon in each hand. This style of combat allows one to rain blows upon their enemies, riposting and whirling across the battlefield in a dizzying ballet of death.
Two-Weapon Fighting Abilities
Whirlwind Attack
- Effect: You spin, swinging your weapon at every foe within 4 yards. You make a melee attack on each affected enemy, dealing 5-23 Slashing. The attack is so furious that even if you miss you still hit for partial damage.
- Type: Ranged Area of Effect
- Range: 4 Yards
- Cooldown: 40 Seconds
- Requirements: Dual Wielding
- Cost: 2 Points
- Ranks: IV
Riposte
- Effect: Your senses heighten during the heat of battle. While focused, you have a 50% chance to parry an attack that would otherwise hit you. When you parry, you also perform a counterattack, dealing 2-11 Slashing damage. This effect lasts 12 seconds.

- Cooldown: 100 Seconds
- Requirements: Duel Wielding, Whirlwind Attack & Level 3
- Cost: 2 Points
- Ranks: III
Crimson Edge
- Effect: Your strike opens a painful, bleeding wound. The initial strike deals 2-11 Slashing damage and leaves a lingering pain that causes 5-25 Slashing damage over 12 seconds.
- Type: Attack
- Range: Melee
- Cooldown: 80 Seconds
- Requirements: Whirlwind Attack & Level 5
- Cost: 3 Points
- Ranks: IV
Cage of Chains
- Effect: You hurl a weighted chain net over your enemy. The target must make a DC 9 Dexterity saving throw or take 3-17 Bludgeoning damage and be trapped in place for 10 seconds.

- Cooldown: 80 Seconds
- Requirements: Level 2
- Cost: 2 Points
