- Effect: A wave of thunderous force sweeps out from you. Each creature within 7 yards must make a DC 9 Constitution saving throw or take 5-23 Thunder damage, get pushed back up to 4 yards, and be deafened for 15 seconds. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and is pushed away a small amount.

- Note: Increasing your Intelligence Modifier will increase the minimum and maximum damage dealt by 1, as well as raise the DC check by 1.
