- Each increase of the Strength modifier increases the damage range by 1.
Steel Serpent II
- Effect: You stab viciously at your foe's knee or foot, dealing (Weapon Damage -1) + 0-6 Bludgeoning/Slashing/Piercing damage and causing them to suffer a -75% penalty to their movement speed for 20 seconds.
- Cost: 1 Point
- Each increase of the Strength modifier increases the damage range by 1.
