- Effect: Your Lightning and Thunder attacks are empowered, increasing your damage when dealing those damage types by 2. You also gain a 3% chance to stun your target anytime you deal Lightning damage.

- Note: This Ability is effected neither by your Intelligence Modifier or your Weapon damage.
Static II
- Effect: Your Lightning and Thunder attacks are empowered, increasing your damage when dealing those damage types by 4. You also gain a 5% chance to stun your target anytime you deal Lightning damage.

- Note: This Ability is effected neither by your Intelligence Modifier or your Weapon damage.

- Effect: Your Lightning and Thunder attacks are empowered, increasing your damage when dealing those damage types by 6. You also gain a 7% chance to stun your target anytime you deal Lightning damage.
