Rare Vintage is a Side Quest in Sword Coast Legends. You can start this quest by speaking to the Cook in the Cutless in the Market District of Luskan.

Walkthrough

Travel to Vitner's Keep via world map. Once inside look around, killing the Skeleton's, until you come to a Lich. Kill the Lich and loot the chest nearby to find the wine. Then take it back to the cook
