Melf's Acid Arrow II
- Effect: A shimmering green arrow streaks toward a target within range and bursts in spray of acid. On a hit, the target takes 5-20 Acid damage immediately and 3-12 Acid damage over the next 20 seconds. On a miss, the arrow splashes the target with acid for half as much of the potential damage and no lingering damage.

- Note: Increasing your Intelligence Modifier will increase the minimum and maximum damage of the initial hit by 1. Weapon damage has no effect.
