Walkthrough
You will find him in the Gilded Eye Chapterhouse, located in Neverwinter Wood. Simply continue the main story until you get the quest An Eye for an Eye. Follow that quest until you free Bryn in the Gilded Eye Chapterhouse dungeon. You will find Leoril in a cell in the same room. Finally, return to the Cutlass and talk to Leoril.
