  • Effect: A blast of cold air erupts from your hands in an area 53 yards wide and 20 yards long. Each creature in the area must make a DC 9 Constitution saving throw or take 16-64 Cold damage and have to make a secondary DC 9 Constitution save or be frozen in place for 5 seconds. A creature that makes a successful save takes half damage.
  • Cost: 3 Points
  • Note: Increasing your Intelligence Modifier raises the DC checks of this Ability by 1. Weapon damage has no effect.
