Walkthrough
Once inside the Market District head to the Cutless and speak with Shivanni. She'll tell you your contact slipped out and direct you to speak with the wounded soldier up the stairs. Go and speak with him and then check the 4 locations he marks on the map until you find Soronil. Defeat the Guilded Eye and complete the quest.
