- Crafted by the Blacksmith in the Market District for 5500 gold. Requires parts.
- Dismantled Plate Boot located in a hidden stump halfway between Van-Hyde's camp and Bear Den (West of camp, East of cave, almost directly in between) in the Neverwinter Wood
- Dismantled Plate Boot looted off of a gelatinous cube that ambushes you in the NW section of the Temple of Ghaunadaur
