  • Effect: A hail of rock-hard ice pounds the ground in an area centered on a point within range. Each creature within 3 yards of the target must make a DC 9 Dexterity saving throw or take 6-24 Cold damage and 4-16 Bludgeoning damage, or half as much damage on a successful save. A creature that fails the save must make a secondary DC 7 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. Hailstones turn the storm's area of effect into difficult terrain, causing enemies in the area to move more slowly. The ground remains icy, hindering movement for 6 seconds.
  • Cost: 2 Points
  • Note: Increasing your Intelligence Modifier will raise each DC check by 1. Damage is not effected by it nor your Weapon damage.
